One of the delights of the archive work we are undertaking here at Janus is the discovery of content we weren’t expecting to find! We recently located a small number of original prints from Roue 20 and felt they deserved to be seen – the model in question has the most splendid bottom. They come from a series of photos in the magazine depicting ‘extracts from the illustrated prospects of the UK’s only fee-paying reform school’. Those of you who visit this website regularly will notice we have made quite a lot of changes over the last six months. We’ve recently updated our ‘Features’ page and added some space for your ‘Janus Memories’. Check out some of the wonderful stories people have shared about the impact the magazine had on their lives growing up and their experiences of visiting the shop. There are some amazing tales – a number of our female readers asked for and received a spanking in the shop from Mick who was always happy to oblige!

We’re pleased to feature some unpublished colour images from Saffron’s punishment. Also to be found in Janus 116 was a delightful readers photo sent in by Mr E.H. from East Sussex. The photo was originally published in black and white, which really doesn’t do justice to this young lady’s very red bottom. Fortunately the original photo still resides in our archive and can now be seen in all its glory below!
