Last week we had an email asking if we knew which issue of  Janus featured a girl in a blue skirt being strapped over a wooden towel rail. It says a lot about Janus archivist Jon Rayworth that he was able to recall the issue and title of the photo story within a few seconds. (We’ve been begging him to get out more!) Seeing as it is tucked away at the back of Janus 73, ‘The Trouble With Jackie’ is an excellent candidate for our series looking at lesser known photo stories.
